860 condenser bad - who makes a reliable brand?

Went through the carb and distributor, and checked everything at least twice for blockages, wrong adjustments or spacing
etc, and the condenser was the culprit. Who makes a RELIABLE condenser for this 6 volt system?

I've never had any trouble with new condensers. I've bought dozens of kits from Herschel parts, A&I parts, Tisco. I personally try to stay away from any electrical parts from NAPA.

ell, if you found the condenser was the culprit, it must mean that you found a good one. There is your answer & why don't you share it with all of us?

Well yes, this condenser (probably bought from a farm store) works for now, but so did the last one until it didn't, in the middle of a job.
What I am looking for is a RELIABLE part.
Yep, Blue Streak is most folks choice. I've had a 1952 8N and a 1956 860 for 20+ years and they are great tractors, and I work on them to keep them running at their best.

Blue Streak fail also I tell folks to use the old one are stash it where you can find it cuzz you are gonna need it...

The only hope to finding a good one is if you run across NOS parts.
