Our 65 Ford 4000 has a bucket on it. We also use it with a tiller and bush hog. I got the position control lever to the up position but there is a problem. Now the bucket levers are blocked from forward movement by the position control lever.
So what is my best solution? Pull the bucket valve off, put the position control lever behind it and reassemble? Remove the bucket levers from the valve, put the position control lever behind them and put the levers back on (looks like I would have to drive out some pins). Pull the position control lever off and reposition it (lots of paint on it so I'm not sure how it comes off)? Or maybe I am missing something. It seems logical to believe that Ford engineers would know that an owner would want to use a bucket and the position control lever at the same time.
Input appreciated.
Thanks
