He's not giving it away and I don't like pre-sale paint jobs, but you do not see these very often.

Not mine and not associated.

When I lived in NY there were not many of them around. They are far more plentiful in the South. 24? rears is pretty much what you get with an SU, but the discs are cast, not pressed steel.

The same ad and pictures have been on the Bloomington, IN craigslist for a couple of weeks. It seems that the Craigslist and Facebook ads for tractors have pretty much dried up in central Indiana since Easter. The asking prices for the few advertised seem to have gone up. I don't know whether is it just the time of year or the nnalert-19 scare. I'm still looking at the ads just to pass time, but don't really want to go chasing all over the country looking at tractors during the lock down.

Nice tractor, it a fairly popular model in this area. (KY)
Cousin bought one last year with a loader for a few hundred more than that price but with original paint.
I have the older 4000SU, both of ours have 28" rears, mine has 7.5L-15 fronts, his 7.50-16.

e paint. I was at an auction and two old gents were discussing one of the bright red tractors & one says to the other, "you ought to buy this one". Response with tone of disgust, , " I ain't buyin' another damn paint job!"

Dont know if the chart will show up big enough to read, but you're right... 28" standard, 24" optional.
