Tractor parts yards

Anyone know of a tractor parts yard that might have a pair of back tractor rims for a Ford / New Holland 1715? Son in law is looking for a pair, he lives North East of Springfield Massachusetts. He could probably have them shipped in too. It has rims size 10 x 24. Tire size 11.2 x 24. The chloride ate his out. Thanks. Jack.

I had a 1300 that the wheels were rusted beyond repair. I
bought some generic 4 loop wheels and cut those loops off. I
cut and rewelded the original mounts to the new wheel. I just
made a jig that set on the old wheel that allowed me to tack
weld the original mounts to the jig before I cut them from the
old wheel. Then just set the jig on the new wheel and weld the
mounts to the new wheel.

I don't know where you'd find original
rims but like Mtf suggests it's pretty
easy to weld rims onto your original
centers.
Here are some 36" JD rims I welded onto
Ford centers. The tractor had good tires
but the rims were shot. 36" Ford rims are
popular in England but very hard to find
here. This was the easy - and cheap way
out.
I think the Allis Chalmers B and C used
that 10x24 rim

He is just a hop, skip and a jump from MacFadden's in Sharon Springs NY. Tell him to talk to Jeff but offer him a bribe to get him to actually go out and check. Also tell him to pack a lunch because there is a lot to see there! It is a destination resort.

Thanks for the suggestions so far. He don't weld or fabricate and is in Ma. I'm in Mi. and can do it. Maybe I should suggest a road trip. In his picture, it doesn't look like that bad of a job. He just was wondering if there was a place to buy used wheels from. I might know of a place and could check, but it's around here.

I would remove the tires sand blast or
wire wheel the rim. Weld a patch where the
old stem was and drill a new hole
somewhere else. Paint inside and remount
tires. Lot of labor but cheap and if he
doesn't weld that would be a quick small
job for someone.

Closer then MacFaddens in Sharon Springs NY is Smileys Farm
Equipment in Freehold NY, it?s about 1 1/2 hours from Springfield.
They may have what your looking for.

(quoted from post at 12:58:31 04/30/20) Sorry for the thread hijack, but does Macfaddens allow you to poke around? About 3 hours from me and may be worth the drive.

Graham, they have never had a problem with it when I have been there.

Thanks for the places, He is going to contact them today. He said if they don't have anything, he'll try to get by until Christmas and bring them over here for me to do. Thanks again. Jack.
