I have had a power steering leak on the pump since I bought the tractor last Fall. I got a new filter today, cleaned everything up real good, and got it all back together in hopes of it just being the big o-ring causing the issues. It was indeed in bad shape and that slowed it down a bunch, but I have a persistent leak coming off the top of the main housing and it appears to me it's cracked. It also sounds like a relief valve is hanging up and is also probably aiding in the leak. I can slightly turn the wheel to take the pressure off and you can hear the noise come down. So I was looking the pump over and from what I can see it looks like three bolts going in from the front holding the whole thing on. Appears to be a fairly straight forward remove and replace, but I wanted to ask in case I am missing something. I found the same aftermarket pump all these places sell for $261 to my door, which is significantly cheaper than a lot of others. With Spring upon us I figure I better go ahead and get this taken care of. Thanks in advance!
