Ford 2000, '66, diesel, cylinder head

I assume that you got the year correct and it's a 3 cylinder engine and not the earlier 4 cylinder 2000. If that is correct a head from any 1965-1975 2000 series diesel tractor will fit, including the 2000 ag chassis model and the 2110 Low Center of Gravity (LCG) model. The head from any 2xxx series model made from 1975 through at least the early 1980's that still used the 158 ci diesel should also fit. These model numbers come to mind:

ag chassis models:
2600
2610

industrial/lcg chassis models:
231
2310
2810

Sean they changed the intake port design on some of those models, even though the head will fit a intake manifold change would be required as well.

Part number on the head is C5NE6090D. I have a Ford 4000 too, the part number on its head is the same. Could that be correct?

That is not the part number, it is the casting number. I just looked it up and the part number for the 3 cylinder 2000, 3000 and 4000 diesel head is D6NN6049A and it is the same part number for all 3. The difference is the bore, stroke and pistons used between the different engines to get the differing displacement and hp. The 2000 and 3000 even used the same block as well, but the 4000 used a different block casting to get the larger 4.4" bore.

Tell me what you see...

Sorry for double post, it seems that I dont know how to use internet properly.
I Hope you can see the images.

History...

Had gasket was blown so maschine shop did the head, new exhaust valve guides, all new valve train, injectors were tested and opening preassure was 160 bar so per manual it was raised to 190 bar.

Hour or so engine running after that this is the situation.

The block is being stripped right now to be send to machine shop for surface grinding because it is not leveled to 0 at the deck, that could be the reason why new head gasket blow.

What is wrong when the feul goes out through exhaust valves and the marking in pistons where the nozzle sprays are visable and have crude?

What kind of pistons do I have, becuse they apper not to be the standard pistons?

Thanks everybody Im going nuts with this machine!

Here are your pictures based on the links in your post, but the first one doesn't appear to work:
