Ford 4610 hitch lifthing arms

Can anyone please tell me how to replace the lower hitch lifting arms on a Ford 4610? I have loosened the nut but do not know how to get the bolt out due to the lack of working room. Any guidance/assistance would be much appreciated.

The end of the pin has flats on it, pipe wrench, large present wrench and sometimes a lot of heat if it's rusted tight.

Thank you. I thought the flat ends had to come out but no luck. I tried the pipe wrench but will have to try the rest later. It's an old tractor so years of rust, dirt, and hard work making it difficult on me!

Are the flats pressed in and do they screw out? I Have tried everything but heat now and can not get them to budge.

Once you take the nuts off of the pins they slide out but they get rusted to the casting and sometimes to the lift arm balls over time.
I had to torch the pins out of a salvage 4000 axle to get the lift arms off.

But if they slide out, what good does a pipe wrench or a crescent wrench do?

Have you removed the nut completely and tapped on the end of the pin where the nut was? If you don't have a torch to try heating it, I would use a piece of hardwood to keep the end of the pin from getting damaged and hit it with a 2 or 5 pound sledge myself. If that won't move the pin then spray it liberally a couple of times a day with a good penetrating oil like Kroil or PB Blast and try banging on it once every day or two. It should eventually break free. Also try lifting and lowering the lift arm manually while you are banging on it as they sometimes will break free easier when in one position vs. another.

This is what the pins look like, the wrench flat is to turn them to help break the rust loose.

OK thank you. I will keep trying!
