Got to tell you guys!

I've been lurking here for several years now after buying my Ford 960 and overhauling it for my own farm. Yeah.....could of spent $20 + grand, but I love these older tractors. Can not tell you how valuable your information on this site has been between all the different conversations about fixing and repairing tractors and yada yada yada! I love the off topics as well.

I just did my first split today to put in a new clutch and bearings and I have to say, it's like I've been here before. Recognized everything that everyone has talked and advised about. What a deal this site has provided ! Yes, I had the manual but you guys provide the how to & real life fixes.

My therapist can't compete with this site !

Hats off to you guys!

I agree... this forum and website is awesome. I'm reading my way back thru the archive and I think I learn something new every day.

Very true. A wealth of knowledge on this site. I replaced the clutch in a 961 I owned about 12 years ago. Wouldn't have tried without info from people on this site.

Save you time and money going to a shrink; the best therapy one can do is working on an antique/vintage Ford tractor. With basic design and operation, they are so cool to work on -everything is laid out right there, unlike today's vehicles where everything is buried.
