Ford 3000 Diesel Sleeves or Larger Rings

I purchased a 3000 ford diesel that had a lot of blowby. I removed the head and found some busted rings and a scored cylinder. I honed most of the scratches out and ordered rings for standard bore. The rings are to small I measured the bore it is 4.390 it appears that it could have sleeves but I can't tell for sure. So do I need to get a bigger size ring? are how can I tell if it has sleeves without messing up a cylinder. Thank you for any help

4.390 is .190 over the standard 4.2 bore. Oversize pistons are only available up to .040 over, which would 2.240. What is the diameter of the pistons down by the apron? 4.390 sounds like a poorly measured 4.4 and perhaps the engine was swapped for one out of a 4000 at some point?

A google search shows that D4NN6015G is the casting number for a 4000 series diesel engine, which would be a 201 cubic inch 4.4" bore x 4.4" stroke. To be sure that is what it is, look down below the casting number, just above the oil pan there is a flat area in the block that should have the engine serial number stamped into it. The engine serial number should be a single letter followed by a 6 digit number. If it is a 3000 series engine it should start with an N or a C, and if it is a 4000 series it should start with a P or a D.
