Ford 4000 shutting off?

Got a 65-67 4000 that runs great at an idle, but once you put a disk or blade on it and start running it it shuts down. Not running hard rpm was around 18-20. Can let it sit over night and will crank back up on issue.
Has a new CAV injected pump, and a fresh oil bath in the air filter.

Have you changed the fuel filter?
That is the first thing I would do.

Fuel filters are brand new put them on when swapped the injector pump.

What filters did you use and did you place the upper o-ring seal inside the filter or up in the grove in the filter housing.
Installing the o-ring seal like in the photo will block fuel flow

If this is not the issue check the screen in the fuel shut off valve at the tank.
