Gas tank on a jubilee

We recently started up our 1953 Ford golden jubilee and we come to discover that the inside of the gas tank was full of scum like algae I have the gas tank off any ideas on how I can get the algae cleaned out.

The big question is do you have another tractor? The standard procedure is to fill it 1/3 full with water, add some aggressive cleaner like dollar store oven cleaner, some pieces of chain and old nuts and bolts and what have you. Then you bungee and strap it to the wheel of another tractor and drive it around for agitation.

I don't have a another tractor but I we have a shacker table I can put it on thanks for the idea.
