Need help identifying Options and year of this 2*** tractor

Best I can read is Model number 20303S with a serial number of 14104 or 141041 Not sure on that last "1" of the serial number.

I has a diesel and a FEL on it but will need to be split for new clutch.

20303 was a Ford light industrial built from 1960 to 1962. It had both PTO and 3 point as well as a 4 speed transmission. . The S is likely a Sherman auxiliary indication.

Thanks, I couldn't find anything on the S.

I'm more interested in it for the diesel engine. The FEL would be adapted to handle a power broom.

I'll have to read up on the Sherman to see if it's something I want to mess with.

Thanks

Tom

The factory Sherman on a 2000 light industrial could have been either a high/low combo or a reverser. Most likely a reverser for loader work. If you leave either in pass through mode it has no effect on the main transmission or PTO and is the same as a 4 speed without a Sherman.

Sean,

You were right, it was a Sherman reverser transmission. I only wanted it for the diesel engine. The bad news is that the guy selling it was the same guy that sold me a bad diesel engine a while back.

I'll keep looking I guess.
