4140 Heavy Industrial throttle linkage

I have a 1963 4140 heavy industrial diesel 4 cylinder tractor.
It has a foot pedal and hand lever throttle controls
Previous owner did a partial rebuild and has the throttle linkage in a mess, inoperable at present.

I am looking for diagrams or pictures of the linkage and connections from the foot pedal and hand lever to the injection pump.
I have a service manual but it does not show any of this clearly.

New Holland parts site still shows a lot of diagrams for that tractor.
