So as I proceed on the Mongrel/Frankenstein 5000 project things had to change gears.. The new rings are stuck on freight somewhere.. So I spent part of the day cleaning, prepping and painting the valve cover, water pump and thermostat housing.
The shop was warm and it was early in the afternoon. So I decided to check injectors.. Ya they need attention too..
#1 Wouldnt Pop I pegged the gauge at 5000
#2 Popped at 1800 3 of 4 holes weeping and seeping
#3 Popped at 2760 3 of 4 holes
#4 Popped at 2780 3 of 4 holes
SO if im going to build a set injectors ill do all 4 nozzles..
I know there have been nozzle updates
These are the numbers for replacements I have found
BDLL150S6665 BDLL150S6666 Any specs would be nice
Oh this will be a 268 NA with a Inline pump from a 5000.
