Does anyone make 010 pistons? I bought a used set a while back for a bare block and they seemed loose in the bore. The pistons are marked on top 010U. I took one piston and the block to the machine shop and he said the bore is 4.00 and I need 010 pistons. I can't find 010 anywhere, all I see are 020,030,040 and some 060. I'm clueless. Any and all thoughts are welcome, and thanks.

172 bore = 3.900
.010 over bore would give 3.910
If your block is 4.000 then you need .100 over size, not .010 oversize.
A 192 4-cyl. has 4.125 standard bore.
I think you need to recheck your bore to be sure what you need.

My error, it's not 4", it's a 6015J block. I would bore it to 20 but didn't want to spend the money as it's already bored. I'll have to take a pic of the piston's I bought that have that 010U piston marking. I bought them as 010 off fleabay but that was a while back. Something's not right. I think I'll have him measure again.

Defiantly have it measured again no way to tell what you need at the moment.
Also has that block been bored or is it worn that much, if it's worn it'll have some taper in the bores and will need to be bored to next over size.
