640 ford came with a front end loader

My boss brought a 640 ford with a front end loader.
First thing we did was strip the loader off of it.

The loader is a trip bucket style with square steel teeth on the front.it appears to be in good shape.its a double lift arm style.
Are those loaders worth anything?
What uses can you use them for?

Would it fit an 8n tractor if so were do you plumb it in at? Or total waste of my time?

Thanks

Depending what loader it is. some like the wagner were made to fit with different set hole at the rear and different front plate that are easily adaptable. I use my manure bucket mostly for hauling log but has lots of other uses. Tap into the tractor hydraulics at teat post on the 8n. won't be fast but will work.

That type of loader is a good match for your 640 or an 8N, but if you were to get up into the X000s or newer you would want a better one.
