Manual says 5 degrees btdc. Is that this 5 degree mark on the flywheel?

The arrow on the housing is actually pointing to the degree symbol, not the 5 degree line, so it's about a half a degree off. It is the long line on either side of the 5 that is the actual 5 degree line.

I m just trying to make sure that s the mark I should be shooting for when timing the tractor.
