Tire Chain Dimensions

The tire chain posts on the 9, 2, 8N forum prompted me to pull out three sets of tire chains that I have no use for and plan to sell. I know what two sets fit but I have a third set bought used that I'm not sure about and cannot find any tire chain dimension chart on the net.

This is a Duo-Grip set and it measures 144" in length and 31" in width. I'm guessing 16.9X28 and/or 16.9X30.

Anyone know?

Was just working on Duotrack chains for 16.9 x 24 tires. They are 26" wide. Your 31" wide set must be for a wider tire. Subtract 2 times 5" for the part that hangs over each sidewall, so approximately 20 or 21 inch wide tire.
