4200 slab weights

I would like to hunt up some front weights for a 4200 I am bringing back to life this winter. It is a 66 model. Before I start calling bone yards I need to know what tractors shared the same front weights.The pics I have seen show that the 65-68 used the slab style weights. I Have a 6000 that has the slab style, but they have a different bolt pattern. Does this leave only the 4000-5000 65-68 to use?? Al

This is the style you often see in sales literature. I think they will fit any 4000, 5000 type tractors.
I have 3 of these that I plan to put on mine if/when I ever get it finished.

They'd fit the 7000/7200 as well, but I've never seen any of that style of weights on a 7000. I think the slabs went out of favor pretty quickly once the suitcase weights were available.

Agree. My 6000 came with a suitcase bracket, but I ended up putting slabs on it to make it original.

Mine had these MF weights on it when I bought it. I put them on CL and they sold in just a few hours.

Three times in the past ten years or so, I've ended up with MF weights that I had no use for, two types of fronts and one type of rears, all different than the ones pictured.

All of them sold quickly on CL.

Either they were in demand or I priced them to low, perhaps both.
