3930 oil in radiator

Moved 3930 tractor and had oil coming out front of tractor,cleaned up,1 1/2 qts low on engine oil,oil was coming out radiator over flow.Radiator full of oil..no
coolant in oil pan..no oil cooler on tractor...head gasket?

Is it a turbo model?
If so it has a oil cooler between the oil filter and the block.
If it doesn't have a turbo it's most likely the head gasket

Does anybody know the torque for the head bolts,rocker shaft bolts and valve adjustment clearance on 3930 tractor?
