Ford 661 3 Pointlift does not work

Ok, had a seal blow on the hydraulic pump on my ford 661. I had it rebuilt and reinstalled it and arms went up, hooked up brush hog and it would not lift it up. So I chained the 3 point arms down, and can a clear line from the pump back to the filler and let run for 15-20 minutes, looked like no air left. I installed a pressure gauge on my pump and it still reads nothing. I am running out of ideas. If I have flow why would I not have any pressure ?

ere the arms still chained down when you gave the lift command and tried to measure pressure?
 
If your pump is like a 800 there is a bleeder plug to get air out. A
Allen head plug on top pump--loosen it and run until fluid comes out and
no air then tighten.
 

I had a hold with a nimble fitting running back to the filler to bleed the system, fluid is moving but when i take the hose off and install pressure gauge I get no reading.

ressure is only developed when there is a resistance (a load being lifted or trying to be lifted). This requires pump output being directed to lift cylinder rather than being directed to the backpressure valve (a very low pressure relief valve, too low to register on your high pressure gauge). Most likely, the unloader valve is not moving. You need to first know how a system is supposed to function, before you have a chance of figuring out why it does not work.
 
OK, have had time to mess with it again. I took the lid off and replaced all the seals and cleaned every thing up, and took the unloader valve out, and cleaned that up too. Put it all back together and the 3 point hitch now goes up no matter what position the up/down lever is in, as soon as the tractor is started It appear that the arms will drop during the night. So I am guessing the unloader valve is either stuff or I put in back in wrong. I know the unloader valve has a how near the middle, does that have to be lined up with the hole in the top of the case ( hole under the by pass plate). I am pretty good with most mechanics work, but still learning the hydraulic thing.

ou have lost me with "stuff", "a how", " the hole in the top of the case ( hole under the by pass plate)."..
please clarify, expand.

I'll wager to guess the first two should be "stuck" and "a hole". Beyond that. I'm with you.

aybe he means unloader valve bushing? Could also "guess" that "bypass plate" is accessory plate? Could guess a lot of things, I suppose.
