I am changing the fluids in my golden jubilee and I am wondering what type hydraulic oil I should use and what type engine oil and also what oil I should put on the air filter.

Thanks,

Go to Tractor Supply and buy mineral oil in 2 gallon jugs. It will have
for Ford transmission and hydraulic on the jug. That's what came from the
factory.

I use UTF that meets Ford's M2C134D spec for the hydraulics.
I also use it for the transmission and rear end.
TSC sells it, so does WalMart and many other places.
Believe it or not, TSC is cheaper than WalMart on that stuff.

As for engine oil, a lot depends on your climate.
Here in Michigan I use 10W30 for year around use. Many people
use 15W-40 in gas and diesel engines so they only have to buy
one type of oil. I've used that too and it works fine as well.

For the air cleaner, use whatever you decide to put in your engine.
The main thing is to keep them all changed regularly and clean.

In a Jubilee a lot depends on how you use it. Your jube has no clutch packs or wet brakes that need special oil additives, so it will do just fine on the plain hydraulic oil as miner09 said. If you decide to go with the modern UTF with the additives, it is good for your jube also, provided that it does not get laden with moisture. The additives tend to absorb moisture from the atmosphere and the oil will turn milky. If you are working it hard occasionally the oil will get hot enough to drive the moisture out. Oil with moisture in it is bad for your hydraulic system.

It did not have mineral oil when it left the factory nor likely did any other Ford tractor. SMO was only a optional war time alternate for 40's era tractors when every oil was either in short supply or rationed. SMO has gotten so promoted on the net that it has now become one of the biggest myths out there.

Gaspump, Big Myth? never heard of it. What does SMO stand for? I googled it and got "Social Media Optimization.

I'm thinking "mineral oil" doesnt mean what you think it means..

Mineral oil is any of various colorless, odorless, light mixtures of higher alkanes from a mineral source, particularly a distillate of petroleum,[1] as distinct from usually edible vegetable oils.

The name mineral oil by itself is imprecise, having been used for many specific oils over the past few centuries. Other names, similarly imprecise, include white oil, paraffin oil, liquid paraffin (a highly refined medical grade), paraffinum liquidum (Latin), and liquid petroleum. Baby oil is a perfumed mineral oil.

Most often, mineral oil is a liquid by-product of refining crude oil to make gasoline and other petroleum products. This type of mineral oil is a transparent, colorless oil, composed mainly of alkanes[2] and cycloalkanes, related to petroleum jelly. It has a density of around 0.8-0.87 g/cm3.Mineral oil is any of various colorless, odorless, light mixtures of higher alkanes from a mineral source, particularly a distillate of petroleum, as distinct from usually edible vegetable oils. SO.... The jubilee did not run on baby oil, it was petroleum based, but not mineral oil as defined here.

BUT the jubilee did not "require" m2c134(a,b,c or d) oils in form or any type. It required m4864 -a or -c in the hydraulic pending on temps, and hypoid ep 90wt or 800wt m4642 d or e gear lubricants pending on temps....
