I got a Ford and I was just wondering but it only has 560 engine hours on it and that sounds pretty good to me but I don't know for sure.

Most likely the gauge/meter has been replaced or is broken.
The proofmeter is only accurate at PTO speed to begin with, but that still seems to be extremely low. I wouldn't trust it.
On the other hand, if the tractor runs well and operates correctly, I wouldn't care about the hours. Congrats on the new-to-you tractor!
