If yer still keeping that 3000 in the garage, and having lots of exhaust????? Try what I did ......for the same reason!!!
First morning cold starts, don't bother me anymore!!!

Temp exhaust tube!!! Smoke stays outside, Just crack the door open at the bottom....let the smoke go OUTSIDE!!! :lol:

When the 3000 warms up....move it outside, then take the temp tube off!!!

That stuff is carried by NAPA. Mine is 10ft., and I paid around $28.00 for it!!
I bought the 2 Inch inside. Should be the same size for yours, if it is OEM size pipe.[/i:87b33338d1][/b:87b33338d1]
