Everything turns over , it just won t crank and run . Now that you enlightened me on a few things it may have been because I had the throttle all the way forward . I didn t hear it run . The man I bought it from said it sat up for about a month and he couldn t get it started again . I only paid 1k for it so I m not beyond doing a little work to it . From what I ve heard ( could be wrong) these tractors are almost bulletproof proof . Thank you for the reply and advice .
Side note : if my words don t add up I m trying to do this on an iPhone

We know there's folks from all over here that say things different but you wrote:

"Everything turns over , it just won t crank and run."

I would guess that to most of us here "turns over" and "crank" means the same thing.
The engine turns over but won't fire.
The engine cranks but won't start.
Either way would be less confusing.
