I got to work on my 841 yesterday for a bit. It has been badly cobbled in the steering department. It is stuck in high side on the combo. I can get it to come out of high but it will not drop into low or normal. I imagine I am going to have to pull some parts off. First, Is there a 2 piece steering shaft? My steering wheel, to my dismay, pulled right out while driving in high 1st. The thing is only about a foot long and mates up to another shaft lower. I see no 2 piece shafts so I am wondering what is the deal or am I just seeing it wrong. Second, any suggestions on the combo drive before I split it? SN is 151419. Thank you in advance for your help.
