ford 6600 injection pump and timimg

i just replaced the i cav rotary injector pump on my 6600 everything went good but it runs rough i alighned the timimg marks where they were on the original at 0 degres not sure what is going on any info would be a great help

Why did you replace the pump in the first place? Was it running better with the old pump?

Have you had the injectors themselves tested?

the old pump went bad i had fuel to the inlet of the pump but nothing coming out at the injectors.
the new pump i had fuel at the injectors within 2-3 minunutes

When was the last time it ran with the old pump? If it sat a long time the injectors may just need cleaning. I would try running it with a good diesel injector cleaner for a while to see if it clears up. If that doesn't help, pull the injectors and have them tested.
