General Advice about 94 Ford 2000

I have recently taken over the maintenance of a 1964 Ford 2000 for my grandfather, he just can't do it anymore. It is actually rather unfortunate he has owned this thing since it was almost new and it was always almost in perfect condition. In recent years though, (the past 10-15) he hasn't been able to maintain it well.

It still runs generally well. I am just looking for advice on what I should do to get it back to near perfect operation. My thoughts so far are seals/gaskets/hoses, replace the gauges that have failed and cracked.

The only noticeable issues I have are the right brake needs fixed and turning right with the steering wheel is very hard. The steering wheel also has almost 180 degrees of float between right and left grabbing.

I look forward to any input.
