Question about a ford 3600 cav pump

Good Afternoon,
I have a Ford 3600 with a cav diesel pump. I am not able to get fuel to the top of the injectors. i read your forum about bleeding the pump. I changed my fuel filter and bled it. I am getting Fuel to the pump but I cant get any to come out of the large bleed screw. I loosened the small bleed screw and had fuel there but would not squirt out when I turned the engine over. I know the pump could be bad, but any help on trying anything would be Appreciated! Thanks so Much! Billy
 
The tractor has not ran for about 3-4 months. I drained and refilled the tank with fresh diesel before I changed my filter. Thank you for your help!
 
The "large bleed screw" is on the filter, and is designed for gravity bleeding only. The "small bleed screw" is on the pump itself, and is designed to be bled there with the engine cranking.

If you're getting fuel out of both places, then you simply have a stuck metering valve inside the pump. About a 30 minute job for me to free up, and can be done with the pump on the tractor. It has been discussed here several times before.
 
No fuel to injectors can be a stuck closed metering valve like Bern said, or worse could also be stuck rotor plungers. Could also be a filter installation common mistake, did you put an extra O ring in the top outer groove if NAPA/WIX filter is used? That groove is the filter fuel inlet and must be open.

The tractor was running and the begin to spit and finally died and would not start back. I thought that it was filter so i changed it. i bled the main screw on the filter and still was not able to get fuel to the top. I was reading an older forum where it talked about 2 bleeder screws on the pump. I got fuel that runs out of the small bleed screw on the pump itself but not no fuel is on the big screw on the pump. I know this may sound crazy, but i have a small leak around one of the injectors at the top, even though there is so fuel going there lol.they are no other filters on the pump. I will be honest I am not experienced on these injector pumps, but i do think it is something simple.
 
I wanted to add a couple of pics to make sure i got the bleeder screws right. the small one is on the side of the pump and the other one is on the (return)?? I am not getting any fuel to the larger bleeder screw

The individual line in that last picture is the injector line going from the pump to that injector. The fitting above that which has two lines connected to it are the excess fuel return lines. One line goes from the pump to the first injector, and the next line goes from the first to the second injector, another form the second to the third, and the final line goes from the third injector to a fitting on the neck of the fuel tank. If yours has the Therm-O-Start feature (manifold pre-heater for cold starting) then there would also be a tee fitting or a small reservoir in the line going back to the tank that feeds the Therm-O-Start module.
 
Thank you all so much for your response. if I loosen the small bleed screw I have very little fuel that runs out. they are no change if I turn the engine over. They are no fuel coming out of the other bleeder screw. I took the incoming line to the pump and it was full of diesel. I also checked and the pump is turning inside when its being cranked. I do appreciate every ones help
