I would have one of the above stop clamps, but if you are looking for originality ,these clamps or not correct, The stop clamp for the X01 series tractors had a spring loaded push pin rather then the knurled adjusting nut on the hundred series tractors.

Wayne,

The stop clamp in my second picture has a spring loaded tab that at one point could be depressed and it appears it would have been turned to hold it in place but the spring mechanism has been seized for some time. So if I have an 861, would three of the first clamps and one of these spring loaded clamps per tire be original to the tractor?

Yes I believe that is correct. And as Dean said that clamp only fits in one particular position on the wheel. And if that special bolt is still available From NH they will terribly expensive.

Wayne,

Did you say you had one of the stop clamps with the spring loaded tab or you just had the one with the knurled knob on it? Thanks - Don
