1966 Ford 2000 3 cyl diesel exhaust pipe fitting

Previous owner welded exhaust pipe to the manifold which is damaged.
I bough a new manifold but I am do'nt nkow how the exhust pipe
is fitted to the manifold. I looked in the parts manual there is an
exhust pipe but no device to secure mth pipe to manifold.

If it is the vertical exhaust with the muffler above the hood, then there is no "device" that secures the pipe to the manifold. The pipe has an inner part that fits inside the hole in the manifold and an outer part that is split that provides a friction fit over the outside of the manifold and also keeps rain from getting inside the manifold. It was designed that way so that you could remove the left side hood panel without having to cut or deform any of the exhaust parts.
