4410 developed a "pigeon toe" alignment

Was backing up and turning with a load in the bucket and the right front caught a stump pretty hard. Afterwards I realized my wheels weren't tracking / turning together. There was slop in the left front tire.

So, I pulled the spindle out and it looked like the woodruff key wasn't locked in place anymore. I put it back and feeling pretty good about it and after driving around a while it has occurred again.

where can I get a new key OR is there some other problem I should be looking for? Tie rod issue?

tires are like this: "/ \" right now

The woodruff key keeps the steering arm in alignment with the spindle. They can sheer off but don't know how they can come out of place.

I wasn't specific in my description. I apologize. when I took it apart it appeared it was "rotated past" and did not keep everything lined up as it should have. I believed after reassembling it had enough "meat" to put back in place but now im not so sure since it has happened again. It seems to be a difficult piece to find from my google search
