Ford 7610 (BB70846) Leaks Hydraulic Fluid from brake rods

Had such great luck with my other issue i thought i would try my luck again!!
1987 Ford 7910 leaks Hydraulic fluid from the rear Brake rods when @ the full mark. Replaced the Dust Seals obviously no change. Dealer says nothing else i can do. Any Thoughts?

Dust seals? #19 is what you need to replace. Fairly easy to do.

Also, find a new dealer.

unless the rods are scratched up or the axle housings are damaged, or... someone put the seals on incorrectly????

I have had one seal with a pin hole in it, otherwise all of them have sealed perfect. Some are a bit more tasky, but they all installed ok except the one with a pin hole in it. It was in an open package so now I know why.
