Ford 960 power steering UPDATE

My wife and I worked on the power
steering on the Ford 960 a couple
months ago and discovered that it
had a broke spring and the tube
that should be round was not.
Looks like some one bent it
removing the steering arm. So we
took the belt off and continued to
use it with out PS. Well a couple
weeks ago " Texfordfan" posted
about a tractor he was parting
out. A few emails and texts later
and I got a " new" cylinder in the
mail! My wife and I spent 7 hours
yesterday getting it on and
working. The " new" one had a
broke pin in it and at first we
couldn't figure out the issue.
Then my wife got the manual out
,read a few pages ,and found the
issue......... should have
listened to her 4 hours sooner!
Anyway. .. it's on and working! I
never had a clue that tractor
would steer that easy! We saw
parts of that thing no human
should ever see!!! Thanks to
Texfordfan for your efforts to get
me that part!

Part #9 is bad out of round in my old one,so part 15 won't slide around in there. Spring #16 was broken in several pieces. All good now though!
