I have a 1972 Ford 3000 diesel, I bought a
Ford 720 front end loader. However the
front plate that mounts to front of tractor
to hold hydraulic pump has 4 bolt holes In
it, my tractor only has 2 in the front axle
support. Also where the pto shaft sits in
the pully, I have a bolt there . I am only
comparing it to the tractor I pulled it
from. Which was also a Ford 3000. Do I need
to change the front axle support? And put
some kind of adapter on the crank pully to
except the pto 10 spline?. I just wanted a
cheap loader . Not I'm not sure what to
do... Please any advice is helpful. I sold
the dozer front end. And that only used 2
bolts in the front axle support but the one
for the FEL asks for 4
