FORD 3400 Need help identifying a few components

Below are a few photos of some components I have no idea what they do. My manual doesn't show ANY of these. Could someone tell me what they do and what they are used for?

I'll give a few a shot in the order they're shown.
1 - 3 point control unless I'm missing something
2 - A failed attempt at controlling 3 point swinging
3 - Controls the length of that sides lower arm
4 and 5 - Not sure
6 - Transmission fill plug
7 - Where the park brake handle would be but it's missing
8 - Loader vent cap
9 - I think that's an external hydraulic pump but I'm just guessing
10 - Cover where rear remotes would be installed if it had any

I'm sure someone will either confirm or show me how little I know but that's my thoughts for what it's worth.

Picture 1 is lift lever hot three point hitch, 2 is ??? maybe a
homemade lift arm sway chain, 3 is box level so you can
adjust lift arm height, 4 is draft control lever, 5 is dipstick for
checking fluid level, 6 is the cap to fill transmission, 7 looks
like parking brake lock out, looks like brake rod with handle is gone, maybe
someone will chime in....

7 is definitely where a park brake handle would be since mine has it. Mine is a 515 industrial.
8 The loader vent is missing on mine and that's the first time I've actually seen what it is supposed to look like.

The combination of yellow and blue is strange since my industrial is yellow but its ag counterpart is blue/grey

I thought someone would have jumped in by now on "what" draft control is. Here's how I understand it.

When using attachments that dig into the ground like disc plows draft control "when set properly" will automatically raise the attachment "IF" the ground becomes too much of a strain on the tractor helping to prevent bogging the engine down and stalling.

Imagine plowing some fairly soft soil then suddenly it becomes much more dense like clay. The draft control would gradually raise the implement so the tractor can continue. Gradually lowering it again as the soil becomes softer again back to where it was originally set.

youtube videos do a better job of explaining it than me.
That's my understanding. If I'm wrong I hope someone will educate me better on the subject.

I believe #2 is a keeper chain weled on to keep the stabilizer bar pin hanging. You can see the mount nub sticking out under the axle. You put stabilizer bars on to keep the lift arms swaying too far and tagging the wheels.

without going back through your posts to see your original description of your tractor, it appears that either it is not what you think it is or you have the wrong manual. Almost all of the parts that you have pictured are present on most agricultural models and are not likely to be on industrial models. They are almost all components of the standard hydraulic system.

The "manual" I have is not actually a manual, it is a series of copies from a friend of mine that has a Ford 5000. The copies are mostly of the motor and drive train.
I mispoke or miswrote above. Sorry about that

My brother has a 3400, other than the heavier non adjustable front axle, left side hand brake and loader, it's pretty much a standard 3000, has three point lift, pto and all of the other ag tractor components.

1 - 3 point lift quadrant (lift control)
2 - a small chain that could have been used for a number of things, but wasn't original to the tractor.
3 - 3 point leveling box (controls the height of the lower right side arm relative to the left side to control the left-to-right level)
4 - 3 point mode selector lever (upper position is for position control and lower position is for draft mode)
5 - Flow control valve for 3 point lift (controls the speed of the 3 point lift).
6 - Plug for fill hole for transmission.
7 - Where parking brake handle should be.
8 - Vent cap for loader frame/reservoir.
9 -Hydraulic pump for 3 point lift system.
10 - Blocking plate for 3 point lift system (The largest bolt near the center of the front edge can be used as a pressure test port).

Where do I check the tranny and hydraulic fluid levels in this thing?

The loader hydraulics sump is the loader frame itself. It depends on the exact model of loader that it has as to how you check the fluid level. The hydraulics sump for the 3 point lift is the rear axle center housing (shared sump for lubricating differential and as the sump for the 3 point hydraulics).

The trans and rear end level check points are both holes on the right side of each case respectively (trans and rear axle center housing). They both have square headed pipe plugs.

The one for the transmission is just forward of the seam between the transmission and rear end. It is near the far right side edge of your 7th picture.

The one for the hydraulic sump/rear axle is back near where your right heel is when you're sitting on the tractor. It is the upper one of the two screw/bolt heads just inside the bottom left of the circle in your 5th picture. Do not remove the hex headed screw just below it, as that holds a bracket in place on the inside and if you remove it the bracket will almost certainly move out of position and you will have to open it up to to get it back in position, either through the round plate on the opposite side where the PTO handle is located if you have a helper or have very long arms, or by removing the hydraulic top cover. .

(quoted from post at 17:11:21 04/09/18) Thats a huge help! Thanks Sean in PA!!

Trying to find where to check/fill the loader? Do you fill it where the vent is? Picture number 8? And how do you open it if that is where fill it. If thats not the fill spot for the loader where is it?

I've seen a number of 3400's and 4400's with 3 point lift. The 3400 and 4400 were not the true "Industrial" models within their respective series. Those were the 3500/3550/4500 models. The 3400 and 4400 were technically "Utility" models, while the plain 3000 & 4000 "Ag" models were officially the 3100 and 4100 (not to be confused with the later 4100), and 3000 and 4000 were the series. Read the descriptions on the parts pages:

(3000 - SERIES) - 3 CYL TRACTOR (1/65-12/74)
(3100) - 3 CYL AG TRACTOR ALL PURPOSE (1/65-12/74)
(3400) - 3 CYL UTILITY TRACTOR (1/65-9/75)
(3500) - 3 CYL INDUSTRIAL TRACTOR (1/65-12/74)
(3550) - 3 CYL INDUSTRIAL TRACTOR (1/65-12/74)

(4000 - SERIES) - 3 CYL TRACTOR (1/65-12/74)
(4100) - 3 CYL AG TRACTOR ALL PURPOSE - 1965 (1/65-12/74)
(4400) - 3 CYL UTILITY TRACTOR (1/65-12/74)
(4500) - 3 CYL INDUSTRIAL TRACTOR (1/65-12/74)

As has been said, it depends on the model of loader that it has. Look on both loader frame uprights for a metal tag that should have a model number and possible a serial number stamped into it. The model number will start with I9- followed by a 3 digit number. Post that number and we can tell you which loader model it is as well as answer your questions. If the tag is no longer there, then post some pictures of the loader frame and lift arms from a few different angle, and from a lot farther away than your original pictures so we might be able to see some key points that would help us determine which model loader it is.
