Did something dumb today

Crushed the air induction tube for my 860! Was fiddling with the carb, took it off and then was going to move the tractor a couple of feet. Wanna guess where I laid it?

I was digging out the tracks on my 955L yesterday... tossed the spade up onto the fuel tank so I wouldn't run it over. As I was backing into the barn, it fell off. Mashed it thin as a razor.

I tossed it onto the hood.Move it just a few feet, noticed the tube wasn't where I'd put it. Now I guess I gotta find a new tube.

many years ago I driving our old chevy station wagon up on ramps to change the oil and drove right over the front end of the ramps. had to get jacks out to remove ramps. ugh.

I took twenty minutes out from my current project yesterday to repair the mount of one of the corner casters of my new creeper that I had last used under my 971.

If another one isn't readily available to you, perhaps a muffler shop can make you one that's good enough until you locate an original.

As long as it works do I need an original? I'm a user, not a restorer.

Great idea though! Thanks.

I rescued an electric coolbox that my mother-in-law had thrown in a skip. Put it safely in the barn and then reversed over it with the 6610. Back in the skip...

It's a rare day that I don't break something with the tractor
