Ford 801 # pt issue - unloading valve - how to remove?

I have a lift cover off - lift cylinder removed - but can't see how to remove the unloading valve on this tractor.

When I tested the 3pt, it was leaking a good stream of oil right out of the Baffle plate [#38 in the FO-20 Manual]. I have removed the control valve and it appears to be fine.
I would like to remove the unloading valve but haven't got it to come out yet. .... ???? Any help on how to remove this unloading valve ?...

Any idea what could cause oil to leak out of the Baffle plate?
Manual shows there is an o-ring with the unloading valve.?.......... I would like to remove clean and replace this o-ring. Maybe I find a problem there?....

Anyone else has experience in this?

Thanks

Behind #38 is #39 and it is threaded. Use a slide hammer to pull #39 or a plate and a bolt with stacks of washers on both sides of bolt to function as puller. Then from opposite end you can push the unloader spool out with small drift or stiff wire.

Thanks
