Hard Time Finding

While working on the neighbors 2000 diesel I found the hose that connects the intake to to filter pipe collapsed. I guess it's time to look at the filter and pre filter since they could be dirty enough to collapse the hose. It's been going on for a while since it seems very mushy at the point of collapse.
Anyway I'm having trouble finding a source online in the US.
Part number is.C7NN9B640A.

Wish the edit feature worked here, should have remembered to add this.
This 2000 doesn't have a removable pre-filter, only the original oil bath type.
I'm not familiar with this oil bath type, only the one on my 640 that has a metal mesh material above the oil.
Looked at the parts page, checked the manual and can't see anything showing if this filter has the same material.
Reason I'm asking is something had to cause the rubber elbow to collapse. To me it would be like trying to suck on a soda straw with your finger on the end.
Raining again, so I can't get out to look any closer.

Again, wish the edit feature worked.
Got a downpour going so I finally found a Youtube video on the cleaning of the mesh in the filter canister.

It has a wire mesh material like the 640 but it's not removable, I've cleaned a few in a parts washer getting the worst of the crud off the bottom and then flowing cleaner thru it, takes a while.
After market oil baths can be found fairly cheap but the darn nut for the wing bolt isn't welded to the band, this makes removing and reinstalling the cup a pain.
