Will the Ford Lehman Marine diesels bolt up?

I found a Ford Lehman marine diesel to replace my busted crank Ford tractor diesel, but was wondering about the bell housing bolt pattern. I know the injection pump is gear driven as opposed to my shaft driven, but was wondering if it will even bolt to my bell housing. It doesn't look similar.

What tractor are you trying to bolt it into? They do not match a '65-up Ford bellhousing. A shaft driven injection pump makes me suspect a Fordson Major. If you have a Major, scroll down to the Fordson forum. This subject has been discussed there. If I remember right, they will fit, WITH SOME WORK. They are not a direct bolt-in.

Testing. My replies are not showing up?

It is a high cropper early 60's I think. The current transmission is 4 4 speed from a junk yard but it had an SOS in it I believe.

Does it look like this? '62-'64 model.
As far as I know, the Lehman/Dorset
diesels will not fit, unless you do a lot
of fabricating.

Well mine could look like that one eventually  It looks like that one's axles don't go to the center of the wheels like mine.

Oh well, it's back to the search for a good diesel for this thing.
