I just replace the right front wheel bearings and seal on my 640. Does the grease seal ride against the flat surface on the spindle and are there suppose to be a gap between the hub and the face of the spindle. The old seal was so worn out, could not tell exactly how it all fit together. the shop manual really does explain it very well.
