100 series steering end to end differences

I have an 821 that came with power steering.
A 641 no power
A 641 no power parts tractor.

My 821 came with a Sherman backhoe and ford FEL.
For a long time it was powered with a 68 CJ5 Willys
and a stuck engaged clutch. Also a broken power steering.
In the process of returning it to an 841 tractor I compared the
number of turns for the steering wheel to go end-to-end.
821 2 1/2
600 2
641n 3 1/3
I get the impression that the 600 makes a wider turn
Is this normal? Or is there some kind of adjustment
that I am missing?
