help identify loader tractor/ and fair price

looked at another loader tractor today need help with numbers.they are-
tractor#- C475756
model #- C4022B
unit# -5H19B
engine#- 5F06B
transmission#- 5E20C

also- whats a fair price for this tractor in good condition, everything works and sounds good. says model 3400 on It appreciate the help

C40 = C40 (340) 3400 Utility 1965-75
2 = Diesel Engine
2 = Trans 540 rpm
B = 6x2 speed manual (3x1 + hi/low)

unit# -5H19B
August 19,1975 second shift

C475756 serial numbers agree with 1975
 
C4022B would be a 3000 series Utility
model, diesel, 540 transmission pto with
a 6 speed.
That description matches a 3400.
Not much to go on as far as price.
Tires? Tin, paint, loader arms cracked
and repaired, leaks, engine smokes or
needs ether to start it?
If all is good I'd say $4500?
 
thanks for the info guys. all in good shape except needs a new muffler and front tires are shot. seller asking 3400.00 , agreed on 3300.00, put a deposit on it, picking it up Friday morning.

I believe that first 2 in the model number designates a gasoline engine, not a diesel. A diesel engine tractor would have a 1 in that position.
 
you are correct - forgot to mention it a gas engine. was this tractor made in in the usa or England ?? been reading about them on line. where do you guys decipher the numbers?
