Ford 5000

What's it worth? I am going to
look at it. All I know is it is
diesel, 8spd and it runs. Says
everything works. Was using it
for hay but getting out of the
hay business. Just looking for a
ballpark value.

May be Iam cheap but Id give what says on side of hood but I don't need it. Would like a 5200 narrow front because I think there really cool.

That's about what it would bring around here, too... maybe a little less. Early 5200 n/f diesel/ 8-speed with good tires, straight tin and a newer paint job sold on an online auction near me last week. $3800 + bidder's fee, if I remember right.

Narrow front is kinda rare might hurt it here (unless it had a picker with it).

A 16 speed wide front the jockeys ask $10,000 the auctions they go $5-6,000. I paid $5400 for my 5200 some years ago.

So, narrow front 8 speed, would think $5000 would be the pivot price to work from?
