For all transmissions except the Select-O-Speed, the neutral safety switch is located on/in the transmission top cover near the base of the shifter(s). For the S-O-S transmission it is located inside the transmission on the contorol valve block.
On all of them you should see a pair of wires going down to the transmission top cover. On the S-O-S the wires will disappear inside through a rubber boot/grommet. On the others the wires should connect directly to the switch.

The numeral safety switch is inside the trans, there's a pair of wires that go through the shift top to the switch.
Those wires can be unplugged below the dash, plugging the two ends together on the ends coming from the dash bypasses the safety switch.
That tractor does not have a pto or clutch safety switch.
