starting tractor with loader off

I am starting to swap all the parts from one tractor that had a loader that runs off the pump mounted on the engine. When I get it all put on my 3600 what needs to be done to run it before I get the loader back on it with out burning the front pump up.

OK, I will not start it. I thought about this. Here is what I am working with. I learned I should have removed the side cylinders first and then pulled the pins and then removed each arm on the tractor. I need to do it this way when I put it back on.

I can't imagine why you would do all that taking apart. Why can't you just suspend the loader from the back end, drive the tractor in, then lower the loader to where you can drive the axle over the back frame? Then all you need to do is jack the loader up into position.

That is a Lot of loader for the front
end on that Blue tractor - whatever it
is.
Did we ever establish exactly what it
is?
I would be tempted to put the industrial
front under it.

That's his plan, the yellow tractor is a 3500 with a bad SOS trans.
The 3600 has a torque convertor trans and rear axle like a 340 utility.
He's going to swap the 3500's front axle and steering onto the 3600's chassis
He'll need up with a home made version of the 420 industrial.

Then he's going to sell the left over parts.
