These are the 2 lines from a 3 cyl Ford.
Upper goes from the tank to the pump and
lower from the pump to the carb.
They take a very circuitous route and
you are NOT going to easily reproduce
them.
My suggestion is to go to a boneyard and
buy them. Best if you can remove them
yourself and see where/how everything
went on and get the 2 clips that hold
them on. I would think they wouldn't be
expensive.
Buy a new fuel pump too.
Then you'll have a good, safe, reliable
fuel system for another 20 years.
I have a 4000 gasser that the po rigged
to run on gravity flow.
It got enough fuel for puttering around
but for heavy work it didn't get enough
fuel.

There's a reason that the previous owner converted it to gravity feed, which is probably because either the pump was bad or the screen in the top of the filter was too clogged for it to work properly. If I were you I would simply replace the pump, as they are relatively inexpensive on the aftermarket compared to replacing the diapghram and screen if you can find them, but I don't think that they are available individually, but if you can find them they are going to cost more than a new aftermarket pump.
