Ford Loader

I9-449, listed as 19-449 in the parts pages, is a model 727 "Farm Loader" made from 1965-1972. It looks like it was only made to be mounted to a 5000 ag chassis (5100) model tractor and it was designed to run off of the tractor's 3 point hydraulics as it did not use a front mounted pump, nor was the frame a reservoir. There were two different mounting kits, as it looks like the earlier kit used a bracket that replaced one of the steering cylinder mounts under the nose of the tractor, and since the later 5000's moved the steering cylinder internal to the steering column they had to change mounting kits.

727-Series loader meant for 1965-forward Ford 4000 and 5000 All-purpose (agricultural) tractors. Seems to be similar to the common 730-Series industrial loader except for farm tractor use. The parts diagram is at link below. Manuals available on Ebay.

Mine has the 1-3/4 lift cylinders. I am having a hard time finding the rebuild kit number for it.

If you have a hydraulics shop nearby, remove the cylinders and take them there. They should be able to source the correct seals for you.
