1968 Ford 4000 SOS parking question

I got a 1968 Ford 4000 3cyl gas tractor. My dad bought it in the early 80s and it's what I grew up learning to drive on. It's got the select-o-speed transmission on it, and one of the nice things about it is that it "locks" the rear wheels whenever the engine turns off. Although handy in certain situations, it is also inconvenient when the engine dies and you need to move it. Had a little situation over the weekend when my points went out and I was in the middle of spreading gravel in a restaurant parking lot. Had to hook 2 trucks to it to drag it out of the way of traffic. Is there any way to bypass the brakes to get it to move? I'm assuming it's a hydraulic pressure thing and when it runs it pushes the brake apart so when it dies it locks. Is there a way to bypass them to get it to move easier?
Thanks for the help.

I don't know about the 3 cylinder SOS models, but the 601 and 801 tractors had a traction disconnect lever. On my 871, it's by my left heel when on the tractor next to the dipstick for the hydraulics.

Yes, traction disconnect lever near where your right heel is when you're sitting on the tractor. You may have to rock one of the rear wheels to get it to disengage. With it disengaged you will need to use lock the brake pedals together and use the parking brake to keep it from rolling if you want it to stay put, or else re-engage the traction disconnect lever.

(quoted from post at 09:44:59 02/11/19) Traction disconnect. An operator's manual is a wonderful thing.

Well I'm glad it's something simple. I've got a manual on it but I must have overlooked that part. Thanks for the help guys.
