I finally got a chance to pull the control valve assembly apart I
had mentioned on a previous post that I had pulled off. I
definitely had a pinched o ring. Thanks Bern for pointing me in
the right direction. Do you have any good advice for stacking
these valve body pieces back together without pinching one
again. The problem seems to be keeping them in place while
assembling since the bottom two pieces don?t really have a
dedicated groove for the o ring to set in. It just has the
shoulder that it more or less rides on as you fit the pieces in
place. Also when inserting the valve pieces, is there a certain
way they need to be clocked rotationally to line up holes
between the control valve body and the valve pieces or does
the fluid flow around in the recessed area of each valve piece
to flow as it?s supposed to. Thanks.

What I do as I stack those sections in one at a time is take a small slotted screwdriver with somewhat of a blunt (dull) end and use that to push the o-rings into their various grooves. It's somewhat of a tight fit, but they can be gently shoved into the gap without too much trouble.

There is no clocking needed of the various sections; if there was, the book would have said something about that. Just shove them in and don't look back.

Thank you Bern. I appreciate you buddy. I got her bolted back together and ran it yesterday and everything seems to be working like it should. Gonna do some work with it this week and make sure I?m good to go with it and I?ll bolt the last few things up on it and be finished. Thanks again.
